1. Free Trial / Demo

If a free trial or demo is offered, we encourage you to test the platform before choosing a paid plan.
2. Subscription Plans

All subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on your selection.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

Once cancelled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
4. Refunds

Monthly Plans: Payments are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

Annual Plans: If cancelled within the first 7 days, a full refund may be issued (minus payment gateway fees). After 7 days, no refunds will be provided.

Technical Issues: If you are unable to use the service due to a verified technical error on our side, please contact support — we’ll review and may issue a fair refund or credit.
5. Upgrades & Downgrades

If you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately and a prorated charge will apply.
