REFUND POLICY

At CapNext AI, we want you to have a smooth and transparent experience. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Free Trial / Demo

  • If a free trial or demo is offered, we encourage you to test the platform before choosing a paid plan.

2. Subscription Plans

  • All subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on your selection.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

  • Once cancelled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

4. Refunds

  • Monthly Plans: Payments are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

  • Annual Plans: If cancelled within the first 7 days, a full refund may be issued (minus payment gateway fees). After 7 days, no refunds will be provided.

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to use the service due to a verified technical error on our side, please contact support — we’ll review and may issue a fair refund or credit.

5. Upgrades & Downgrades

  • If you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately and a prorated charge will apply.

  • If you downgrade, the change will apply from the next billing cycle.
